The annual free HHW drive-thru collection event hosted by Los Angeles County will be held on August 1, 9AM to 3PM, at Santa Anita Park, near Gate 3 (the main entrance on Huntington Dr.). On Thursday, June 25, the Recreation and Community Services Department kicked off summer with the first Concert & Movie in the Park. Cold Duck performed 70’s hits while 700 attendees danced on the new spacious dance floor. At dusk, 250 people watched Charlotte’s Web. NEW WATER WELL APPROVED BY STATE
Every new water well in California must be approved by the State’s Division of Drinking Water to ensure that the well is designed appropriately and that it will not negatively affect water supplies regionally. We have a joint well with Sierra Madre planned to be constructed at the Public Works Services Yard, which will be known as the Goldring Well. ARCADIA, CA - The City of Arcadia proudly announces the 2026 free Summer Concerts & Movies in the Park every Thursday from June 25 through July 30, 2026. Concerts will begin at 6:30pm and movies at dusk. Kids can enjoy the fun zone area with plenty of games, crafts, and activities.
