Santa Anita Uncorked March 27

Wine tasting, cuisine sampling, art show and a day at the races are in store at the fourth annual Santa Anita Uncorked event at Santa Anita Park Paddock Gardens on Sunday, March 27 to benefit Arcadia High School student programs.

Tickets for the event sponsored by the Wine of the Month Club based in Monrovia, are $60 and include parking, Club House admission, race program, wine tasting, cuisine sampling, art show, grandstand seat and souvenir wine glass.

The 18 restaurants participating are: Langham; Nikki C’s; Bistro 45; The Derby; Paco’; Matt Denny’s; Ruth Chris; San Marino Seafood; The Melting Pot; Charcutterie; OC Tavern; Stone Fire Grill; Cafe 322; Cafe Missilia; Elements; Green Street; beyond the Olive; and Santa Anita’s FrontRunner.

“This event has grown each year and we expect it to be even bigger this year,” said Santa Anita Vice President of Marketing Allen Gutterman. “Our Paddock Gardens area is a perfect location for an event of this kind and we’ve found that horse racing is a perfect compliment to it. We’ve gotten tremendous response from a number of local restaurants and we expect to have several new wineries joining those who have participated in the past.”
