Robbery on West Naomi Ave., Arcadia

On Sunday December 18, 2016, at about 8:05 AM, Arcadia police officers were dispatched to the 400 block of West Naomi Avenue for a robbery that just occurred. An Asian woman in her 60’s, from Hacienda Heights, was walking in the area when she saw the suspect exit his vehicle wearing a mask. The victim tried to run away, but she fell. The suspect picked up the victim’s purse and returned to his vehicle. The suspect vehicle left westbound on Naomi Avenue. The victim was not injured.

The suspect was described as a male, Hispanic, between 30-40 years-old, heavyset, 5’10” tall, and he was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, dark pants, and a black mask. The suspect vehicle was described as an older, white, small SUV, and it had tinted windows.
