Peace Officers Memorial Day

National Peace Officers Memorial Day was first declared by President John F. Kennedy in 1962 to recognize the public service that law enforcement officers provide in safe guarding rights and freedoms. Today, we pay tribute to our law enforcement officers who were injured or have lost their lives in the line of duty.

Our hearts are with the families and co-workers of our brave officers who made the ultimate sacrifice to ensure the safety of our communities.
