Kiwanis Member Spotlight – John Hsu
John Hsu has been a member of Arcadia Kiwanis Club for going on two years. He was the Arcadia Kiwanis Club President for the 2008-2009 and organized many successful events including: the Chinese New Year Fundraiser, the Chinese New Year celebration at Hillsides Orphanage, Race for the Cure, and many others. He currently serves as a chairman to help support Douglas during his term.
John Hsu is also President and Owner of STC Management. STC Management was incorporated in May 1985 and provides property management and leasing services for their clients. STC currently manages over 60 properties. All of their dedicated professionals share a common goal: to work hard, enjoy and share happy life with our clients and associates. We believe in enriching ourselves with continuing education, experience, fair dealings and ethical conduct at all times.

Douglas Lee 2009-2010 Arcadia Kiwanis Club President
Douglas Lee has been a member of the Arcadia Kiwanis Club for going on three years. Last year, he was the Vice President and successfully organized the Arcadia Kiwanis Club Golf Fundraiser at the Arcadia Golf Course. This past October, he has taken over as the 2009-2010 Arcadia Kiwanis President. He has already hosted a successful bowling event at Arcadia AMF Bowling off Baldwin in November.
Douglas’ life of service does not just stop at the Arcadia Kiwanis Club. He has been a mentor in the Los Angeles I Have A Dream Foundation for 5.5 years and is a member of the fundraising committee. He also provides pro-bono real estate services to families in need, in conjunction with AmerEstate Realty.
Douglas is a residential and commercial real estate agent with AmerEstate Realty. He has recently closed on a $8.5 million dollar shopping center in Pomona, CA and a $1.2 million dollar luxury home in Simi Valley. Douglas also hosts real estate investment seminars that empower new real estate investors with time-tested and proven winning real estate strategies to build wealth and live the good life.
