Emmy-winning TV series creator David Milch
TV series creator Milch, who will be a speaker at the Mayor’s Community Breakfast on April 8, is a summa cum laude graduate of Yale and a thoroughbred horse owner whose horses have won the 1992 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile and 2001 Breeders’ Cup Mile races. He will executive produce the series with Mann, who shot scenes from last year’s “Public Enemies” at the track with Johnny Depp.
