Arrest of Interest Retail Theft

On 02/29/24, at approximately 4:00 PM, a male suspect stole clothing from JCPenny and fled on foot. Officers tracked down the suspect in the parking lot of The Arboretum. The suspect was taken into custody for theft. All stolen items were recovered.
