Come early, find a great parking space, take a hike, then sit back and listen.
Remember that parking is at a premium. If you cannot find parking in the paved area, check with our gate monitor and let them know that you are here for the music. We will do our best to find a place for you in our lot ($10).

message from Adams’ Pack Station 7/1/2016 9:45pm: The road to Chantry will be closed at 6 pm on Sunday July 3rd and will remain closed through July 4th. It will re-open on the morning of July 5th. It is not unusual for the gate to be closed early on the 4th, but I WAS a little surprised that it will be closed the entire day of the 4th. I have asked that the road be “manned” to prevent hikers from going up as they are known to smoke on their hike or take fireworks up. We’lll see if Sierra Madre PD or the Forest Service is smart enough to prevent this as it defeats the purpose of being closed. Everyone, have a safe and enjoyable 4th.
