Women robbed at knifepoint in garage

Two women reported being robbed at knife-point by an African-American man and a Hispanic man who accosted them in their garage in the 200 block of El Dorado Street Sunday night/Monday morning. There were no injuries and the suspects got away. The women were reportedly returning from a long evening at the San Manuel Casino when the incident occured at about 3 a.m.
The Arcadia Police summary of the incident: On October 14, 2013, at about 3:10 AM, Arcadia Police responded to a residence in the 200 block of El Dorado Street on the report of a robbery that had occurred. Upon arrival, officers contacted two women who had just returned home. After their car was parked in the garage, they were confronted by two suspects. One suspect held a knife and the second suspect stole a purse from inside the vehicle. Both suspects then ran from the garage to a gold colored, four-door, Honda Accord. The suspects’ vehicle was driven eastbound on El Dorado Street. The suspect who held the knife was described as a male African-American, 25-35 years old, 5’07” tall, and 180 pounds. The suspect who stole the purse was described as a male Hispanic, 25-35 years old, 5’10” tall, 200 pounds, and he had black hair. The victims were not injured.
