Two Arcadia police on leave

The Arcadia Police Department issued the following announcement this week:

On Friday, March 15th, 2013, Arcadia Police Chief Robert Guthrie placed two Arcadia police officers on paid, administrative leave pending the outcome of criminal and administrative investigations into possible violations of law and department policies. While the Arcadia Police Department is handling its own administrative investigation into matters, Chief Guthrie has requested assistance from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office – Bureau of Investigation in handling the criminal investigation. The identities of the officers under investigation are being withheld at this time.
