Teens can explore their creative, pampered sides by making their own bath bombs and special soaps on Thursday, March 29, from 3 pm to 5 pm in the Cay Mortenson Auditorium of the Arcadia Public Library. Materials will be provided—while supplies last. This fun event is for teens grades 9 through 12 only.
