Summer Reading Program Kick-Off

Help kick-start the Arcadia Public Library’s Summer Reading Program 2017 by taking part in the Amazing Race challenge! Participating teams will compete against each other in fun physical and mental challenges. Prizes will be awarded!
Registration In-person registration begins Saturday, June 3, 2017 at the Children’s or Adult Services Information Desks. 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.: Priority registration for Arcadia residents (must show ID with proof of residency.) 11:00 a.m. onward: Open registration.
The Event Takes place at the Arcadia Public Library on Saturday, June 17, 2017. Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m. and program commences at 2:30 p.m. Event registration is required.
Participants Ages 5 years and older. Must compete in teams of 2 to 4 members. Be prepared to complete physical and mental challenges designed for all ages.
Don’t want to compete? No need to register. Simply join the fun – watch and cheer on the competitors! Take on the challenges after the official race.
