Structure Fire on 200 Block of Laurel Ave

Thursday, October 12th , At 12:21 a.m., Truck 105, Engine 107, Engine 105, Engine 106, Rescue Ambulance 105, and Battalion 105 along with units from Monrovia Fire Department, responded to the 200 block of Laurel Avenue on a structure fire. Upon arrival, fire crews found smoke and fire coming from the front of the structure. Fire personnel aggressively attacked and extinguished the fire containing it to the building of origin. Fire crews also searched for any victims, ventilated the structure, and provided for firefighter safety. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
