A snapshot of the history of Santa Anita Park will be on exhibit at the Ruth and Charles Gilb Arcadia Historical Museum from Saturday, Nov. 12 to January 21, with an opening reception to be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12. featuring guest speaker John Shear, former rider/trainer and recent 90-year-old hero rescuer of a six-year-old child at the track. Museum hours are 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Tuesday – Saturday at 380 W. Huntington Blvd. behind (east) of the Community Center.
