The Arcadia Police Department had officers respond to the 1300 Blk. of S. Mayflower in the late evening hours of Friday, January 11, 2013 on the report of possible gunshots. Officers contacted a 38-year-old male Arcadia resident, who had called the police to report the gunshots. The resident reported hearing two to three loud bangs and he discovered a broken front window. It appears four bullets struck a front window of the residence. Only one of the four bullets penetrated the window. There were no injuries reported. There was a white/silver colored SUV seen in the area around the time of incident. However, there is no evidence at this time linking the SUV to the crime. The investigation is continuing by Arcadia Police Department Detectives.
