This week, we began receiving phone calls from developers showing interest in the Rod’s Grill site on Huntington Dr. x Moreland Pl. So far, the callers wanted to know about possible mixed-use developments on the site. As of now, Rod’s is still in operation (and they’re busy every time I’m in there). However, according to the listing, they plan to cease operations by the time the building is sold.
