The second annual Arcadia Photography Contest & Exhibition presented by the Ruth & Charles Gilb Arcadia Historical Museum is underway with entries to be submitted Sept. 28 – Oct. 2 and the exhibit to take place Oct. 30 – Dec. 11.
An opening reception and awards ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. October 30.

Photography is Poetry! Use your imagination…. Entries are free! • Photograph (up to two per person) must be accompanied by an entry form, available on our website. • Photograph must be original, taken by the applicant. • Photograph must include a caption, under 150 words, describing the piece. This caption will be used as the museum label. • Entries must be framed and ready to hang. Matting is optional. • Photograph image (not the frame) may not be less than 10 x 13 inches in size. • Photographs may be in black-and-white, sepia, or color. • Images submitted without correct size, hanging capability or caption will be disqualified. • Only entries that have made the final round, determined by the judges, will be exhibited in the Museum. • Pick up for entries which are not accepted for the exhibit: October 19—23. • Digital creations and giclee prints are welcome.
