Missing 58-year-old found

Update March 24:
James Randall McCain was located on March 23 after being admitted to a hospital in Los Angeles County. Mr. McCain was transported to the hospital after experiencing an undisclosed medical condition and will be hospitalized for an undetermined amount of time. His disappearance does not appear to be suspicious at this time.
Update March 24, 2012 (from March 14 and 19): The Arcadia Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing “at risk” person — 58 year-old white male James Randall McCain, 6’0 175 lbs. — who was recently diagnosed with dementia and is registered as a sex offender in this State and can be found in the Megan’s Law Database.
Last seen: March 12, 2012 at 4 p.m. at his residence of 1124 W. Huntington Dr.
This is the first time he’s been reported missing to the Arcadia Police Department and he has been in compliance with registration guidelines, has had no recent contact with law enforcement to suggest criminal behavior, and his conviction requiring registration is over two decades old. At this time, there is no nexus between his registration status and the missing person report..
Mr. McCain does not have any family in the area, nor does he frequent any specific places or locations. Additionally, Mr. McCain commonly travels by either foot or bus, and is not known to drive a vehicle.
