More than $67,500 was raised at the annual St. Baldrick’s Day fundraiser event at Matt Denny’s Ale House Restaurant on March 19.
The event sponsored by Matt Denny’s and Del Sol Salon & Spa features volunteers who collect support donations to get their heads shaved, with proceeds going to the St. Baldrick’s organization that searches for a cure for childhood cancers. This year involved 143 participants and donors.
