Library fees raised

At last Tuesday night’s City Council meeting (Aug. 18), the Council approved a variety of City fee increases, including an increase on late fees for items borrowed from the Arcadia Public Library. As of September 1, the fine per day per item will increase from 20-cents per day to 25-cents per day. Meanwhile, the Pasadena Star-News reported Tuesday on other fees being raised in Arcadia as of Tuesday, Sept. 1, such as parking fees, up from $40 to $50.
