A SoCalGas Outage is impact some Arcadians:

  • Believed to be impacting Sierra Madre and northwest Arcadia customers

  • SoCalGas is testing and replacing damaged water meters. They may need to access your residence to restore service.

  • Call toll-free 1-877-238-0092 for updates. Exact restoration of gas service is unknown but is anticipated later this week.

  • Showers are available at Sierra Madre YMCA and a SoCalGas information booth is available at Sierra Madre City Hall beginning at 2:00pm on Monday, July 17.

  • To file a claim form for resulting damages incurred by this outage, submit a SoCalGas claim form by visiting: https://www.socalgas.com/about-us/claims
