This is the final weekend for judging of home and business holiday decorations awards by the Arcadia Beautiful Commission.
Commissioners will be driving the streets of Arcadia to spot the best displays through Monday night, Dec. 7, and make final decisions on Tuesday, Dec. 8, so turn your lights on the moment it is dark and leave them on until 10 p.m. Let judges know about a strong contender you spotted by calling the City Manager’s office at 574-5401.
Winners receive a sign to display in their yard and will get a visit by the Santa Squad on Dec. 16. (Winners are eligible again in four years.)
