City of Arcadia Senior Services had organized a Halloween event on October 29, 2021 at the Community Center. It was well attended and lots of Seniors got in the Halloween festive spirit. Senior Citizen Commissioner Michael Cao helped serve our Seniors with lunch, activities, and awarded the winners.
Several of the Seniors won the best costumes awards as voted by the other attendees of the event.
