“FREE FARE TRANSIT DAYS” RETURN FOR 2023 BREEDERS CUP

The Breeders' Cup is returning to the City on November 3-4 at Santa Anita Park. As in previous years, Development Services Department staff have been working with Santa Anita Park and the Breeders’ Cup to support marketing strategies to highlight the event, and support local tourism efforts. To support the event and encourage residents and tourists to participate and explore the City, Arcadia Transit is offering free transportation options on November 3 and 4, including:

• Free fixed route and dial-a-ride transportation

• Free shuttle services to and from the Arcadia Metro Station and Santa Anita Park

• Free hotel shuttle services to and from local hotels and Santa Anita Park More information is posted at ArcadiaCA.gov/Transit. Additionally, staff will be promoting local restaurants and highlights through social media and VisitArcadiaCalifornia.com. You may notice more activity around town (banner installations, lighting installations, etc.) as the event date gets closer and marketing efforts are underway.
