Fire fighter memorial July 9

A memorial service has been scheduled for fire fighter Michael Herdman, whose body was found June 27 after he became lost on a hike nearly two weeks earlier. The memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 9, at the Arcadia Performing Arts Center on the campus of the Arcadia High School. The following street closures will be in place on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 due to a memorial service at the Arcadia Performing Arts Center:

Road closure alert: Campus Drive will be closed to all traffic from Santa Anita Ave past El Monte Ave to Park Ave. El Monte Ave (extension between Duarte Rd and Campus Dr) will be closed to northbound traffic. These closures are expected to be in place from 6 AM until 11 AM.
