Feng Shui at AAUW

What is “Feng Shui?” Is it an artistic system blending the human-built environment with the laws of heaven (astronomy)?  To what extent is it still practiced in China and elsewhere?

These questions and others will be answered by Feng Shui consultants Pamela Edwards and Michael-White Ryan of EDAN and Associates when they speak at a meeting of the Arcadia Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) on Monday, Nov. 9.

The meeting will take place at the Church of the Good Shepherd’s Jordan Hall, located at 400 W. Duarte Rd., Arcadia (SW corner of Duarte Rd. and Holly Ave.).

The presentation will be given at 7 p.m., but members and guests are welcome to come at 6:30 p.m. for refreshments and networking. There is no charge for the meeting, and ample parking is available in the church parking lot.

For information about the American Association of University Women, please call Membership Chairperson Orchid Dong at (626) 356-7614.
