Early summer school sign-up ends 4/9

Early registration for Arcadia Educational Foundation‘s Summer School wraps up this Saturday, April 9th.

All registrations postmarked on or before April 9th will have the $25.00 registration fee waived. Registration continues until the start of summer school in June, although registrations are prioritized and processed by postmark date, so the earlier you register the better chance you have of getting your preferred course selection.

This is the 17th year that AEF is sponsoring its highly-regarded summer school program for students entering grades 1 to 12 in Arcadia schools and surrounding communities.

At the high school level, students can choose both credit and non-credit courses. Initiatory courses for advancement, make-up classes for grade improvement or credit recovery, enrichment courses for personal development and sports camps for summer conditioning can provide students with many opportunities for their summer school experience. Due to the compacted nature of the summer school class schedule, students should be well aware of the rigorous and fast pace of initiatory classes and the demands of homework and study time in addition to the actual class time each day.

The AEF elementary and middle school summer programs offer a selection of courses for enrichment, on-going support or review for students in reading, writing and mathematics.  There are also many enrichment classes which provide opportunities for students in science, technology, sports, art, ELD, cooking and more!

The AEF Summer School Program is self-funded through tuition.  Any proceeds after expenses are gifted to the Arcadia Unified School District to support enrichment programs to benefit students throughout the district.
