In our continuing efforts to improve the effectiveness of our Architectural Review Boards in the Homeowners Association areas, we will be conducting a round of mandatory training with all 5 groups and their HOA Boards. The training will include Brown Act and ethics training as well as a review of City policies and procedures that pertain to the design review process. This training will be held on Thursday, September 21, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers Conference Room.
