This year’s Carl Moyer Program has just kicked off. It’s for both public and private fleets. This is an excellent opportunity for owners of heavy duty vehicles and equipment, including, but not limited to: on-road trucks, transit and other buses, drayage trucks, solid waste collection vehicles, off-road construction and agricultural equipment, marine vessels and infrastructure to support heavy-duty alternative-fueled and electric vehicles.
