Arcadia New Development Code

The updated Zoning Code (now referred to as the new Development Code) represents a comprehensive overhaul of the existing code. The City retained MIG, Inc. to update the Code. The new Development Code presents a new format and organization that is intended to be more user friendly for the public, decision makers, business owners, developers and staff. The regulations have been substantially reorganized to facilitate ease of use, including the addition of graphics and illustrations, comprehensive definitions, rules of interpretation, and establishment of a redefined and intuitive overall structure.
