Emily Buchanan is a Recreation Supervisor for the Arcadia Recreation and Community Services Department. She grew up in Arcadia and went through many of the recreation programs as a young girl. She has been working for the City since June of 2016 and has a background in youth services. Emily currently oversees all youth programs, adult sports, field allocations, Wilderness Park, and some special events.
