The City began issuing Yard Sale Permits in June, following the release of the revised Los Angeles County Health Order which took effect on June 15. Residents are permitted to hold three (3) yard sales each calendar year, for two (2) consecutive days. Permits are available at the Planning Services counter for a $5 fee
