Each year the Kevin Tomkins family creates what is most likely the biggest Independence Day parade in the city of Arcadia even though it is only a family and friends affair on their residential street. With Arcadia canceling all July 4 holiday activities this year due to financial constriants, the Tomkins celebration was no doubt the biggest holiday event in the entire town this year!
