Sheila Kang: Chinese voting

I would like more Chinese to participate in election by voting. Ballots with a crucial blunder in its Chinese-language instructions could cause some votes to be invalidated. Here is a link to video showing how to vote in Chinese. (Editor’s note: the marking of a candidate on the sample ballot should be considered an example of how to fill in the ballot — voters may vote for one or up to two candidates.)
