Senator Huff at Chamber Nov. 4

California Senator Bob Huff will discuss the results of the Nov. 2 election and what it will mean for Arcadians, as well as the state economy and other issues of interest to Arcadia business owners and residents at the monthly Government Affairs Forum of the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce at 8 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 4 at the Chamber office, 388 W. Huntington Dr. He will also answer questions from attendees at the forum which, as always, is free and open to the public. Please rsvp to 626-447-2159 as space is limited.


Senator Bob Huff


Senator Huff, who was elected in November of 2008 to represent the 29th Senate District, serves as Vice Chair of the Transportation and Housing Committee, Vice Chair of the Education Committees, and as a member of the Public Safety Committee, Natural Resources Committee, and a member of the State Allocation Board. He served in the State Assembly from 2004-2008, and on the Diamond Bar City Council from 1995-2004, serving as Mayor twice. Prior to his public service he was a small business owner for many years. Bob is married to Mei Mei Huff, and they are the proud parents of 4 children.

The monthly one-hour forums, held on the first Thursday of each month in the Chamber conference room at 388 W. Huntington Drive (round building in the media at Holly Avenue) also include reports from representatives from the City of Arcadia, Los Angeles County, our state Senator and Assemblymen, and federal Representative, as well as frequent updates from representatives of the Gold Line Foothill Extension Authority.
