A recreation center included a swimming pool that was once one of Baldwin’s early reservoirs. The center included an officers’ clubhouse, which still stands today as the Arcadia Elks Club facility. Anita Baldwin donated the funds to build the clubhouse and hired Myron Hunt of Pasadena as its architect.
