REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ITEMS: a. Approve the Meeting Minutes of December 15, 2009. Recommended Action: Approve b. Approve a plan to Expend Excess Surplus Funds in the Agency’s Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund. Recommended Action: Approve CITY COUNCIL ITEMS: c. Adopt Resolution No. 6708 accepting the dedication of non-vehicular access restrictions for the easterly lot line of Lot 2 of Parcel Map 71099 (Santa Anita Avenue Project). Adopt Ordinance No. 2266 amending Article IX of the Arcadia Municipal Code to address assembly uses, schools, tutoring centers and the requirements for Conditional Use Permits for such uses, and to add a provision for reasonable accommodations of issues related to the Federal Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act. Recommended Action: Adopt f. Accept all work performed by Silvia Construction Inc. for the road rehabilitation of Santa Anita Avenue from Longden Avenue to Live Oak Avenue as complete and authorize the final payment to be made in accordance with the contract documents. Recommended Action: Approve 2. CITY MANAGER ITEMS: a. Authorize the City Manager to execute a one (1) year Professional Services Agreement extension with John L. Hunter and Associates, Inc. for the Administration and Monitoring of the Municipal Stormwater (NPDES) and Industrial Waste Programs in the amount of $85,041. Recommended Action: Approve
