As part of the City of Arcadia’s continuous effort to provide customers with the best possible service, the City is excited to announce that on Monday, November 8, 2021, we will be transitioning to a new Customer Portal & Utility Billing Platform. The new Customer Portal will offer a more enhanced customer experience and a more convenient way to pay your water and sewer bill online. Existing and incoming customers can look forward to a new user-friendly design and will be able to:
Setup and manage automatic payments
View an electronic copy of your bill
Set up paperless billing and manage your e-bill notifications
View payment, usage, and bill history
Manage and pay multiple billing accounts
Access account monitoring tools.
