Join Brie Wakeland in this tasty workshop as we sample sourdough breads and cover each step of the sourdough making process which includes making and caring for your sourdough starter, levain and autolyse, stretch and folds, bulk fermentation, shaping, scoring, and baking! Bring your own starter home so you could make this yummy loaf for families and friends, or yourself
