LA Arboretum: First Aid for the Family

Saturday, April 13; 1:30-3pm $25 members, $35 non-members Herbal first aid for the family! Join Irena as she shows you easy remedies for bumps, bruises, scrapes, and more. This class will take a look at the importance of treating bruises and herbs that nourish, stimulate, and tonify the blood. We will be working with mighty Yarrow ‘master of the blood’ among others and prepare a traditional balm or ointment for topical use and practice the application of poultices. Register here
