HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE (HHW) DROP-OFF EVENT COMING

The annual free HHW drive-thru collection event hosted by Los Angeles County will be held on August 1, 9AM to 3PM, at Santa Anita Park, near Gate 3 (the main entrance on Huntington Dr.). Carefully secure your hazardous waste, electronic waste, chemicals, paints, sharps, and more in the trunk of your vehicle. When you pull up the event, staff will remove the items for you. There is a limit of 15 gallons or 125 pounds of waste you can drop-off per trip. For more information, contact the County at (800) 238-0173 or info@lacsd.org.
