The Goodyear blimp was seen circling over Arcadia for quite awhile Saturday afternoon, April 3, between 2 p.m. – 3 p.m., making lots of dips and rises and circling repeatedly mostly to the northwest part of town but as far southeast as Duarte Road and Santa Anita Ave.
