Fire Department Weekly Report - week of March 8 – 14, 2026

The Arcadia Fire Department responded to a variety of emergency calls during the week of March 8 – 14, 2026. The following is a breakdown of incident categories

recorded for this period:



Sunday, March 8

At 4:08 p.m., Engine 106 and Rescue Ambulance 106 responded to the 400 block of

Baldwin Avenue for a reported unconscious person. Fire personnel arrived and

found a 12-year-old unconscious female. The patient received a 12-lead

electrocardiogram (EKG), blood glucose testing, intravenous therapy, and was

transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for further care.


Monday, March 9

At 5:36 p.m., Engine 105, Engine 106, and Rescue Ambulance 106 responded to a

reported traffic collision in the 300 block of Live Oak Avenue. Fire personnel arrived

and found a solo vehicle that had sheared a fire hydrant before crashing into a

building. No injuries were reported. Fire personnel quickly shut down the water and

helped remove the vehicle from the structure, which sustained no major damage.

Arcadia Police Department remained on scene and Arcadia Public Works Department

was notified.


Tuesday, March 10

At 1:09 p.m., Engine 106 and Rescue Ambulance 105 responded to a medical incident

in the 300 block of Huntington Drive. Fire personnel arrived and found a 33-year-old

male with a complaint of seizure. The patient received a full medical evaluation which

included a 12-lead EKG, intravenous therapy, blood glucose check, and was

transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for further care.


Wednesday, March 11

At 1:01 p.m., Engine 107, Rescue Ambulance 106, and BLS 106 responded to a

medical incident in the 1400 block of Caballero Road. Fire personnel arrived and

found a 68-year-old male with a chief complaint of pain and altered level of

consciousness after falling from a second-story roof while working. The patient

received a full medical evaluation which included a complete set of vital signs, 12-

lead EKG, intravenous therapy, spinal immobilization, and was transported to

Huntington Hospital for further care.


Thursday, March 12

At 1:53 p.m., Engine 105, Rescue Ambulance 105, and BLS

106 responded to a report of a two-car traffic collision at

the intersection of Huntington Drive and Fifth Avenue.

Fire personnel arrived and found one patient with minor

injuries, and the patient’s vehicle had sheared off a

hydrant at the intersection. The patient received a trauma

evaluation and was transported to USC Arcadia Hospital

for further care. Arcadia Public Works Department was

notified of the damaged hydrant for repair.




Friday, March 13

At 9:02 p.m., Engine 106 and Rescue Ambulance 106 responded to a medical incident

in the 800 block of Camino Real Avenue. Fire personnel arrived and found a 74-year-

old female with a chief complaint of stroke-like symptoms. The patient received a 12-

lead EKG, oxygen and intravenous therapies, and was transported to USC Arcadia

Hospital for further care.


Saturday, March 14

At 3:59 p.m., Engine 106, Rescue Ambulance 106, and BLS 106 responded to a

medical incident in the 900 block of Catalpa Road. Fire personnel arrived and found

a 99-year-old male with a complaint of altered mental status. The patient received a

12-lead EKG, blood glucose check, intravenous therapy, and was transported to USC

Arcadia Hospital for further care.
