The Arcadia Fire Department responded to a variety of emergency calls during the week of March 29 – April 4, 2026. The following is a breakdown of incident
categories recorded for this period:

Sunday, March 29
At 5:19 p.m., Engine 105, Rescue Ambulance 106, and BLS 106 responded to a
medical incident in the 200 block of North First Avenue. Fire personnel arrived and
found a 50-year-old male with a chief complaint of chest pain. The patient received a
full medical evaluation including a 12-lead electrocardiogram (EKG), oxygen and
intravenous therapies, and was transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for further care.
Monday, March 30
At 9:35 a.m., Engine 107 and Rescue Ambulance 106 responded to a medical incident
in the 1700 block of Oakwood Avenue. Fire personnel arrived and found an 85-year-
old male with a chief complaint of stroke-like symptoms. The patient received a full
medical evaluation including a 12-lead EKG, oxygen and intravenous therapies, and
was transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for further care.
Tuesday, March 31
At 1:07 p.m., Engine 106, Rescue Ambulance 106, Truck 105,

Battalion 105, and BLS 106 responded to a report of
rollover traffic collision at the intersection of West Duarte
Road and Holly Avenue. Fire personnel arrived and found
one patient trapped inside the vehicle but were able to
quickly extricate the patient. The patient received a trauma
evaluation and was transported to Huntington Hospital for
further care.
Wednesday, April 1
At 4:59 p.m., Engine 106, Rescue Ambulance 105, and BLS 106 responded to a
medical incident in the 600 block of Sunset Boulevard. Fire personnel arrived and
found an 83-year-old female with a chief complaint of hypoglycemia. The patient
received a full medical evaluation including a 12-lead EKG, oxygen and intravenous
therapies, and was transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for further care.
Thursday, April 2
At 11:04 a.m., Engine 106, Rescue Ambulance 106, and BLS 106 responded to a
medical incident in the 800 block of West Duarte Road. Fire personnel arrived and
found a 73-year-old female with a chief complaint of chest pain. The patient received
a full medical evaluation including a 12-lead EKG, oxygen and intravenous therapies,
and was transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for further care.
Friday, April 3
At 7:43 p.m., Engine 106 and Rescue Ambulance 106 responded to a medical incident
in the 400 block of South Baldwin Avenue. Fire personnel arrived and found a 29-
year-old female postictal following a seizure activity. The patient received a fullmedical evaluation including a 12-lead EKG, oxygen and intravenous therapies, blood
glucose check, and was transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for further care.
Saturday, April 4
At 2:52 p.m., Truck 105, Rescue Ambulance 105, and BLS 106 responded to a medical
incident in the 100 block of East Huntington Drive. Fire personnel arrived and found
a 75-year-old male with a complaint of difficulty breathing and a low heart rate. The
patient received a full medical evaluation including a 12-lead EKG, oxygen and
intravenous therapies, and was transported to San Gabriel Medical Center for further
care.
