Fire Department Weekly Report - week of February 8 – 14, 2026

The Arcadia Fire Department responded to a variety of emergency calls during the

week of February 8 – 14, 2026. The following is a breakdown of incident categories

recorded for this period:



Sunday, February 8

At 4:10 p.m., Engine 106, Truck 105, BLS 106, Battalion 105 and Rescue Ambulance

105 responded to a report of a traffic collision with people trapped on the eastbound

210 Freeway at Santa Anita Avenue. Fire personnel arrived and found a three-vehicle

traffic collision involving four passengers, two of which were trapped inside a vehicle.

Both passengers were safely extricated and reported neck and back pain. After

receiving a full medical assessment including a 12-lead electrocardiogram (EKG), both

were transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for further care. The other two passengers

suffered minor injuries and refused further care. California Highway Patrol provided

traffic control and assisted with removal of the vehicles from the roadway.


Monday, February 9

At 5:22 p.m., Engine 106, Rescue Ambulance 106 and BLS 106 responded to a medical

incident in the 1400 block of Baldwin Avenue. Fire personnel arrived and found a 39-

year-old female with a chief complaint of chest pain. The patient received a 12-lead

EKG, intravenous therapy, cardiac medications and was transported to USC Arcadia

Hospital for further care.


Tuesday, February 10

At 4:42 p.m., Engine 105, Rescue Ambulance 105 and BLS 106 responded to a medical

incident in the 100 block of Huntington Drive. Fire personnel arrived and found a 71-

year-old male with a chief complaint of chest pain. The patient received a 12-lead

EKG, oxygen, intravenous therapy and was transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for

further care.


Wednesday, February 11

At 9:14 a.m., Engine 106 and Rescue Ambulance 106 responded to a medical incident

in the 400 block of Huntington Drive. Fire personnel arrived and found an

unconscious 78-year-old male. The patient received a 12-lead EKG, oxygen,

intravenous therapy and was transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for further care.


Thursday, February 12

At 9:19 a.m., Engine 106, Rescue Ambulance 106 and BLS 106 responded to a medical

incident in the 300 block of Sharon Road. Fire personnel arrived and found an 89-

year-old female with a chief complaint of dangerously low blood pressure. The

patient received a 12-lead EKG, oxygen, intravenous therapy and was transported to

USC Arcadia Hospital for further care.


Friday, February 13

At 1:51 a.m., Engine 105 and Rescue Ambulance 105 responded to a medical incident

in the 100 block of Las Tunas Drive. Fire personnel arrived and found an 8-year-oldfemale with a chief complaint of seizure. The patient received a 12-lead EKG, blood

glucose check and was transported to Los Angeles General Hospital for further care.


Saturday, February 14

At 8:08 a.m., Engine 106 and Rescue Ambulance 106 responded to a medical incident

in the 400 block of Las Tunas Drive. Fire personnel arrived and found a 97-year-old

female with a chief complaint of altered mental status. The patient received a 12-lead

EKG, blood glucose check, intravenous therapy and was transported to USC Arcadia

Hospital for further care.
