The Arcadia Fire Department responded to a variety of emergency calls during the week of February 22 – 28, 2026. The following is a breakdown of incident categories
recorded for this period:

Sunday, February 22
At 6:28 p.m., Engine 107 and Rescue Ambulance 106 responded to a medical incident
in the 200 block of Arbolada Drive. Fire personnel arrived and found an unconscious
57-year-old female. The patient received a 12-lead electrocardiogram (EKG),
intravenous and oxygen therapies, and was transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for
further care.
Monday, February 23
At 7:12 a.m., Engine 105 and Rescue Ambulance 105 responded to a medical incident
in the 300 block of West Huntington Drive. Fire personnel arrived and found a 38-
year-old male with a chief complain of penetrating trauma. The patient was a trauma
transport request from USC Arcadia Hospital to Huntington Hospital for further care.
Tuesday, February 24
At 6:17 p.m., Engine 105 and Rescue Ambulance 105 responded to the 100 block of
Winnie Way. Fire personnel arrived and found an 82-year-old female with chest pain.
The patient received a 12-lead EKG, blood glucose testing, intravenous therapy, and
was transported to San Gabriel Valley Medical Center for further care.
Wednesday, February 25
At 2:34 p.m., Engine 105, Engine 106, and Rescue Ambulance 106 responded to a
reported traffic collision on the westbound 210 Freeway at Baldwin Avenue. Fire
personnel arrived and found a two-vehicle traffic collision involving two occupants
but reported no injuries. One vehicle had a well-involved engine compartment fire
that was quickly extinguished and contained to the area of origin.
Thursday, February 26
At 3:44 p.m., Engine 105 and Rescue Ambulance 105 responded to a medical incident
in the 100 block of Las Flores Avenue. Fire personnel arrived and found a 51-year-old
female with a chief complaint of chest pain and dyspnea. The patient received a 12-
lead EKG, intravenous therapy, aspirin and nitroglycerin, and was transported to USC
Arcadia Hospital for further care.
Friday, February 27
At 3:03 p.m., Engine 106 and Rescue Ambulance 106 responded to a medical incident
in the 1000 block of Woodruff Avenue. Fire personnel arrived and found an 87-year-
old male with a complaint of altered mental status. The patient received a 12-lead
EKG, blood glucose check, intravenous therapy, and was transported to San Gabriel
Valley Medical Center for further care.
Saturday, February 28
At 4:29 p.m., Engine 105, Rescue Ambulance 106, and BLS 106 responded to a
medical incident in the 400 block of El Dorado Street. Fire personnel arrived and
found an 85-year-old male with a chief complaint of altered level of consciousness.
The patient received a 12-lead EKG, intravenous and oxygen therapies, and was
transported to San Gabriel Valley Medical Center for further care.
