The Arcadia Fire Department responded to a variety of emergency calls during the week of April 19 – 25, 2026. The following is a breakdown of incident categories
recorded for this period:

Sunday, April 19
At 2:28 a.m., Engine 105, Rescue Ambulance 105, and BLS 106 responded to the 100
block of Huntington Drive for a reported person down. Fire personnel arrived and
found a 92-year-old male suffering from altered level of consciousness. The patient
received a 12-lead electrocardiogram (EKG), blood glucose testing, intravenous
therapy, and was transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for further care.
Monday, April 20
At 6:55 a.m., Engine 105 and Rescue Ambulance 105 responded to the intersection
of Huntington Drive and Santa Anita Avenue for a reported person down. Fire
personnel arrived and found a 55-year-old male experiencing a seizure. The patient
received a 12-lead EKG, blood glucose testing, intravenous therapy, and was
transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for further care.
Tuesday, April 21
At 3:48 p.m., Engine 105, Rescue Ambulance 106, and BLS 106 responded to a
medical incident in the 700 block of Tiffany Terrace. Fire personnel arrived and found
a 74-year-old female complaining of a headache and nosebleed. The patient received
a 12-lead EKG, blood glucose check, intravenous therapy, and was transported to
USC Arcadia Hospital for further care.
Wednesday, April 22
At 9:53 a.m., Engine 105 and Rescue Ambulance 105 responded to a medical incident
in the 200 block of Huntington Drive. Fire personnel arrived and found a 68-year-old
female with an altered level of consciousness. The patient received a 12-lead EKG,
intravenous therapy, blood glucose check, and was transported to USC Arcadia
Hospital for further care.
Thursday, April 23
At 7:03 a.m., Engine 105 and Rescue Ambulance 105 were dispatched to a medical
incident in the 100 block of Wheeler Avenue. Fire personnel arrived and found a 68-
year-old female with a complaint of palpitations. The patient received a 12-lead EKG,
intravenous and oxygen therapies, and was transported to USC Arcadia Hospital for
further care.
Friday, April 24
At 5:38 p.m., Engine 105 responded to the 40 block of Wheeler Avenue for a reported
electrical vault fire. Fire personnel arrived and found a small trash fire. A single hose
line was utilized to quickly extinguish the fire. No property damage occurred during
this incident.
Saturday, April 25
At 8:24 a.m., Engine 106, Rescue Ambulance 106, and BLS 106 responded to the
intersection of Baldwin Avenue and Huntington Drive for a report of multiple cyclists
down. Fire personnel arrived and found a group of approximately 20 cyclists that had
fallen together while riding in a tight group. Additional units responded to provide
support for a multi-casualty incident. Ten people were evaluated and treated at the
scene, while two others were transported to Huntington Hospital for further care.
