East Meets West and Chinese New Year Party – Bridging Cultures and Building Community

Arcadia Chinese Association is also partnering with East Meets West Parent Education Club to make the event more festival and significant with the mission of bridging Cultures and building community.

East Meets West Parent Education Club (EMWPEC) will organize its annual Chinese New Year celebration festival and banquet on Sunday afternoon, February 11, at San Marino Community Church in San Marino.  EMWPEC will bring the community together and showcase many talented vocalists presenting classical songs (English and Mandarin) and their masterpieces to celebrate the coming of the Year of Dog. Other celebration activities include storytelling, culture exhibits, fashion show and performance, lion dance, New Year delicacy making, flower presentation, and children’ handcraft and games…  Seats are limited.
