Lt. Colonel (Retired) David Worley is the LA County Chapter Representative of a national Veterans organization - Military Order of the World Wars.
The organisation will give care packages to the City of Arcadia Veterans for the upcoming Veterans Day in November. The care packages are part of Operation Gratitude which is a national project for Veterans.
