More than 130 people and media packed tightly into the historic Woman’s Club Thursday, March 18, for the City Council Candidate forum sponsored by Arcadia Chinese Association and moderated by Edward Wong.
Most of the candidates gave similar answers to each question, which was verbally interpreted into Chinese for the audience after every few words spoken in English by the candidates and the moderator.
